SAND BLASTERS DUAL BLASTER

- Large blasting chamber with light
- Two blasting nozzles :
- Hand pencil for micro (250 microns) sand for ceramic work
- Fixed nozzle for macro (400 microns) sand for white metal
work
- Macro blasting with fixed nozzle recycles sand utilizing
full abrasive strength.
- Micro blasting done with hand held carbide nozzle.
- Micro sand is filled in a jar outside chamber. Used sand
falls within chamber which is once
- again recycled by macro blasting thereby allowing maximum
utilization of the abrasive strength.
- Hand switch to change blasting mode: micro to macro and vice
versa.
- Provision for connecting dust extractor
- Foot Switch operations.
- Operating Pressure 3 to 3.5 bars with pressure zone marked
on the gauge.
- OPTIONAL: Filter module for protection from dust (dust
suction).
